The Town of Hudson through the Hudson Public Schools, the Awarding Authority, invites competitive sealed
proposals for the design and installation of up to two (2) modular classroom buildings at the Mulready Elementary School located at 306 Cox Street. The classroom(s) shall be compliant with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations pursuant to MGL c149 §44E(4).
The scope of the work includes prefabrication, assembly and installation, and all services required to complete and to deliver the modular classroom(s) ready for use and occupancy. All set up and delivery charges shall be rolled into the prices quoted.
Copies of the Request for Proposals are available by email to [email protected] or at the Hudson Public Schools Administration Building located at 155 Aspley Street Hudson, MA 01749 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday ‐ Thursday beginning on July 1, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Requests for clarification of the terms of the Request for Proposals may be obtained by written inquiry only and must be directed via email to Susan Brouwer at [email protected] Sealed bids will be opened on August 1 at 2:00 PM. Proposals will be considered only from proposers who have been certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the work listed as Modular Construction/Prefab.
Hudson Public School system is seeking to acquire hourly on-call plumbing services for Fiscal Year FY25 (July 1, 2024) through Fiscal Year FY27 (June 30, 2027) of a duly licensed and insured firm to perform on-call plumbing installation, maintenance, repairs, and technical and/or sales support for equipment and materials as needed for existing or proposed systems and/or equipment at an established hourly rate and cost plus percentage mark-up for materials within the facilities served by these systems which are beyond the capacity or in the absence of our in-house regular maintenance staff. A copy of a current license and insurance certificate will be presented as evidence of being a duly licensed firm at the time of submission. These eight (8) pages shall be part of the total contract package.

A copy of a current license and insurance certificate will be presented as evidence of being a duly licensed firm at the time of submission. These eight (8) pages shall be part of the total contract package.
The Hudson Public School system is seeking to acquire hourly on-call electrical services for Fiscal Year FY25 (July 1, 2024) through Fiscal Year FY27 (June 30, 2027) of a duly licensed and insured firm to perform on-call electrical installation, maintenance, repairs, and technical and/or sales support for equipment and materials as needed for existing or proposed systems and/or equipment at an established hourly rate and cost plus percentage mark-up for materials within the facilities served by these systems which are beyond the capacity or in the absence of our in-house licensed master electrician or regular maintenance staff. A copy of a current license and insurance certificate must be presented as evidence of being a duly licensed firm at the time of submission. These eight (8) pages shall be part of the total contract package.
